Contribuintes que discutem na Justiça ou na via administrativa os critérios para afastar a contribuição previdenciária sobre a Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR) poderão negociar o pagamento com desconto de até 50% sobre valores devidos. Essa será a primeira tese tributária que será objeto de uma modalidade de transação tributária de contencioso, programa de parcelamento diferenciado que permite aos contribuintes encerrar litígios com a União. De tal modo, a partir de 1º de junho até o final de agosto, nos sites da PGFN e da Receita Federal será possível avaliar e aderir aos novos sistemas de pagamento.
